Situation: Requested to provide oversight and consulting on a large sized residence in the New York area

Response: A corporate executive requested one of our consultants to oversee the residential security of a multimillion dollar new purchase which was undergoing a full re-development. The consultant provided strategic oversight on the overall residential security, managed outside vendors, and determined camera and sensor lighting locations. In addition he worked closely with the architect, head contractor and landscape design specialists to ensure all precautions were taken with the overall security of the residence. Erimus Risk is retained by the family and works closely with them on a number of projects.

Situation: Family requests creation of protective program and ongoing management

Response: Erimus Risk was approached to provide a full time Director of Protective Programs with the responsibility of creating and managing the protective operation for a high net worth family. Core duties include creating and managing the protective program which incorporates a number of family residences in the United States and overseas, and liaising with transportation, medical and private aviation representatives. Recruitment and management of an ongoing support team for all domestic and international trips in addition to a large residential estate and state of the art equestrian center. Advance planning and coordination as well as overseeing quarterly family and staff training ensuring all medical and security procedures remained in place and adhered to in line with the family security program.
